The LSCC offers weekly “Hora del Café” meet-ups during the Fall and Spring semesters. This is a time when all Northeastern students and staff interested in practicing and learning Spanish are able to come together to have informal conversations in Spanish while enjoying coffee and snacks. All levels are welcome.

The meetings will help you:

• Build your vocabulary and language abilities
• Speak Latin-American Spanish without a script
• Retain what you’ve learned
• Practice unscripted conversations in Latin-American Spanish
• Negotiate complex situations with confidence and accuracy
